XPulse

IMPACT & SUSTAINABILITY

Every charge is measured. Every kilometre counts.

Impact at XPulse is not a marketing line. It is a calculation, repeated for every kWh delivered, with the assumptions published and the numbers open to scrutiny.

XPulse impact — cleaner air, reduced carbon footprint, sustainable energy, stronger communities

Every 1 GWh of energy delivered through XPulse avoids 260 tonnes of CO₂e, after accounting for grid emissions. The number scales linearly with energy delivered.

Using solar via open access? When electricity is sourced from open-access solar, the 0.70 kg CO₂e/kWh grid factor reduces to ~0.03 kg/kWh (solar PV lifecycle). At 100% solar, net CO₂e avoided per kWh rises from 0.26 kg to approximately 0.93 kg — a 3.6× improvement. Model your solar mix in the calculator below.

The path forward

The path from kilowatt-hours to a measurable energy transition.

Current delivery is the foundation. The model projects substantial growth in energy delivered as the network scales.

UN Sustainable Development Goals

How XPulse maps to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Seven of the seventeen SDGs are directly relevant to the work XPulse does. We track our contribution to each.

5

SDG 5

Gender Equality

XPulse is committed to building a workforce that reflects the communities we serve. We track women's representation across the company and have specific hiring targets for technical, operational and leadership roles.

30% women in the workforce by 2030

Committed target — tracked annually.

7

SDG 7

Affordable and Clean Energy

Every kWh delivered through XPulse displaces fossil-fuelled mobility with electrified transport. As the grid decarbonises, the impact per kWh grows. Our infrastructure is built to integrate clean energy sources, including solar partnerships at site level.

1,200,000 kWh delivered to date

8

SDG 8

Decent Work and Economic Growth

Fleet electrification through XOXO and TOXO creates skilled jobs in operations, software, field maintenance and customer service. Our work supports driver livelihoods by improving fleet uptime, which directly increases earnings.

9

SDG 9

Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure

XPulse is building resilient, future-ready EV infrastructure in India. The unified Charge, Track, Operate platform is an innovation in itself: combining infrastructure, operations and software in one accountable system, where most operators do only one.

6 hubs live, 10+ cities

11

SDG 11

Sustainable Cities and Communities

Fleet electrification reduces urban air pollution and noise where people live and work. XPulse hubs are positioned to serve commercial fleets operating in dense urban environments, putting electrification where it matters most for community health.

SDG 13

Climate Action

The headline impact. Every kWh delivered avoids 0.26 kg CO₂e net of grid emissions. The model projects approximately 700,000 tonnes of cumulative CO₂e avoided through FY2036.

312 tonnes CO₂e avoided to date

How we operate

Four principles that govern how we operate.

These principles apply to every impact number we publish, every methodology we describe, and every projection we share.

Measured, not assumed

If it cannot be measured, it cannot be improved. Every kWh, every kilometre, every emissions calculation is logged and reportable.

Transparent assumptions

Our methodology and assumptions are published. Anyone, including independent auditors, can re-run the calculation.

Honest about projections

Projected impact is labelled as projected. Delivered impact is labelled as delivered. We do not blur the two.

Compounding over time

Every site deployed, every fleet onboarded, every grid kWh delivered through our network compounds the impact. Today's foundation is tomorrow's leverage.

Accountability

Our reporting commitment.

XPulse publishes the kWh delivered, kilometres enabled, and CO₂e avoided as part of its operational reporting. The methodology, assumptions, and source data are all available on request. We welcome independent verification by partners, investors and auditors.
