Our Mission
Making EV charging dependable enough to build on
XPulse exists to make EV charging a dependable, measured service, so fleets and businesses can go electric with confidence. We are both a Charge Point Operator (CPO), building and running charging hubs, and an e-Mobility Service Provider (eMSP), giving operators the software to manage charging, fleets and energy in one place.
Most providers do one or the other. We do both, and we tie them together with a single platform (Charge, Track, Operate) so operators manage a service, not a tangle of systems.

Founded in Gurugram
XPulse was incorporated to make EV charging dependable enough that fleets and businesses can build on it. The XOXO model (XPulse Owned, XPulse Operated) is born.
Early 2024
First Charger Live (XOXO)
WTI Cabs becomes XPulse's first fleet client. The very first charger goes live. Every session, every fault, every kWh, every payment, starts feeding the platform with real-world intelligence.
Mid 2024
TOXO Partner Model Launches
Third-party site owners bring their own assets; XPulse operates them. The network scales on partner capital while XPulse maintains quality control across every site.
2025
20+ Clients, 10+ Cities
MegaCabs, Park Plus, 3ECO, Drievo and more join. 6 hubs live with 1.6 MW of installed capacity across 10+ cities.
